She should come and see a doctor every month for a check up
to see how she is getting on and see if she is hitting her regular targets. She
may need a fitness instructor to keep herself motivated to carry on the
exercise and also get a dietician to help her with her healthy balanced diet.
This won’t just benefit herself but also her family as she will be a lot
happier and they can benefit from some exercise too.
